An Invitation to Academic Publishers in Islamic Studies
BRAIS invites academic publishers from across the world to join us for our 2024 Annual Conference taking place in the stunning surroundings of Cloth Hall Court, University of Leeds.
If you are an academic publisher with interests in any aspect of Islamic Studies then we encourage you to reserve a table as part of our Publisher Exhibition.
The beautiful, and newly refurbished, Cloth Hall Court is just a five minute walk from Leeds Central Railway Station. The building brings together historic architecture with state-of-the art technology to provide a world-class venue for our 2024 conference.
The Publisher Exhibition will be located at the heart of the conference in Merchants Hall where all refreshments and lunches will be served to delegates, maximising engagement between publishers and delegates. For further information about the venue, click HERE.

Exhibition Costs
The cost of a table at the BRAIS 2024 Publisher Exhibition is £450. This includes all lunches and refreshments for up to two publisher representatives on both days of the conference (Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 May). Additional representatives can attend at a rate of £70 per person for the full conference.
If you would like to include promotional materials in all BRAIS delegate packs, this will cost £100 (we anticipate around 180 delegates attending BRAIS 2024 in total). Promotional materials are limited to a maximum of four A4 pages.
Accommodation
Affordable accommodation in Leeds City Centre in May can be hard to find. We have offered some suggestions HERE, including nearby Bradford where hotel rates are very reasonable.
Registering for the BRAIS 2024 Publisher Exhibition
To register for the exhibition, please complete the online registration form by CLICKING HERE. Please note that the booking process is managed by the BRAIS Management Hub at the Alwaleed Centre, at the University of Edinburgh.
Once you have submitted your form, an invoice will be sent to you via email.
