Conference Registration
We look forward to welcoming you to the Annual Conference of the British Association for Islamic Studies at the University of Cambridge on Monday 30 June and Tuesday 1 July 2025.
Registration for the conference is managed by the Alwaleed Centre at the University of Edinburgh via the University of Edinburgh's ePay system.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not offering accommodation packages for BRAIS and delegates should therefore organise their own accommodation. Advice on accommodation in and around Cambridge can be found HERE.
Conference Dinner
We are delighted to be offering a Conference Dinner this year, hosted in the historic Main Hall of Sydney Sussex College, University of Cambridge. This will be an opportunity to experience dining in a truly unique environment as well as an opportunity to continue our conference conversations into the evening. Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you register as a delegate of BRAIS but subsequently need to cancel, BRAIS will refund you in full up to 14 days before the conference begins (Monday 16 June). Any cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded.
Delegate Fees
Delegates can choose to attend the full conference (two days) or just one day. There are three delegate categories to choose from and the costs are outlined below. The fees below include lunch and all refreshments.

Conference Dinner
We are delighted to be offering a Conference Dinner from 8pm on Monday 30 June. The dinner will be hosted in the historic Main Hall of Sidney Sussex College, University of Cambridge - a short walk from our conference venue. We will be enjoying a stunning three course meal which will be halal and served with non-alcoholic drinks.
